Navigate General WordPress settings

The first step it to log in to your WordPress dashboard.

Then go to the menu on the left and select Settings and it must be set to General.

Below the Site Title, you can see the Tagline.

Let’s briefly discuss the role of the tagline in WordPress.

The tagline is a short and descriptive phrase that complements the site title.

Change the Tagline to SEO-Friendly

Once you click on the existing tagline, a text box will appear.

Now you can enter the new tagline for your WordPress website and make sure it’s SEO-friendly.

Save and publish

After changing the tagline, click the “Save Changes’’ button to save your changes and make the new tagline live on your website.
