You can easily purge the cache with the SG Optimizer plugin in WordPress. Sometimes this is also referred to as Flush Cache or Clear Cache. It all comes down to the same thing.
If you use SiteGround, the SG Optimizer Plugin is set by default when you install WordPress.
In this tutorial I will show you how to purge cache with the SG Optimizer in a few clicks. Don’t forget to like and subscribe to the channel on YouTube. I would appreciate it very much!

Go to SG Optimizer settings in WordPress dashboard
So, first log in to your WordPress dashboard and go the SG optimizer settings.
If you hover over it, you can see Caching and you need to click on it.

Select Purge Cache option
Now click on the Purge Cache option. Then a message will be displayed that says dynamic caching successfully purged.

When do you need to clear the cache of your WordPress website?
I would recommend you to do this after you made changes to your website.
If you don’t do that, and you visit your website you might not see the changes immediately.
So always make sure to flush the cash so you won’t have that problem.
In another video I’ve already explained how to flush the cache in the SiteGround dashboard in the Site Tools panel. But in this video, I will show you how you can do it from the WordPress dashboard as well.
Now you know how to Purge Cache with the SG Optimizer plugin in WordPress or via the Site Tools panel.
